How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
As many of our jewelry items are custom made to order, delivery times will vary. It's best to check the product page of the particular item you're interested in to determine the delivery time. If you need to receive an item by a certain date, it's always a good idea to e-mail us first to determine availability. 
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive notification, via email, that your item has shipped and will include tracking information to check the progress of your shipment through the postal system. The shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provided to us when ordering. There are instances when tracking is not available. In those cases, an email will notify you of the date of shipment only. 
Do you have a catalog?
No, as we are constantly adding to and updating our jewelry designs, we do not make up print catalogs. You can always see the latest styles we carry on our website, which is updated weekly.

What are my payment options?
Direct on-line payment may be made using VISA, Master Card or Discover Card. Payments are handled by secure WEB servers and any credit card or bank account information used for the transaction is kept private and not supplied to us.
You will receive confirmation once your order has been processed telling you what items were shipped, when your order will ship, and your final charge to your credit card. An e-mail confirmation including your order details will be sent automatically to the e-mail address provided. If you did not receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, please contact us by e-mail at info@ursportsusa.com or by telephone at 866-966-UROC.

What if I made a mistake on the item I ordered? Can I get a replacement?
It is extremely important that you review your order for correctness prior to submission. We do understand, however, that mistakes happen! Take special care when reviewing your order; check your spelling, dates and names very carefully. In the event you’ve made an error and need a replacement, we would be happy to extend a 25% discount if you need to re-order. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you. 
What font styles do you offer?
We have a wide variety of font styles that will complement your item. You can view the fonts available on our website.
How do I send a gift to someone else?
If you want to send the gift or gifts to a different address than the billing address, simply insert your correct billing address and insert the recipient’s information in the shipping address section. 
Can I order an item in 14kt gold?
Any item can be duplicated in 14kt gold. Please contact our customer service department and a representative will assist you in placing a special order.
